Arbitrators operate in major centres of international arbitration worldwide, including London, Paris, Geneva, The Hague, Stockholm, Hong Kong and Beijing, whether pursuant to an ad hoc submission, or under the auspices of domestic and international institutions such as the ICC (International Chamber of Commerce), the LCIA (London Court of International Arbitration), ICSID (The International Centre for the Settlement of Investment Disputes) or CIETAC (The China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission), or in accordance with LMAA (London Maritime Arbitration Association) terms or the UNCITRAL rules.
